On April 1, 1970, they went to Montreal, bringing with them their instruments and $100 in cash, Terry Flood and Donald K Tarlton were persuaded to sign the band to a contract. They were set up in a chalet and booked at a local comedy club, Café André (near McGill university). They spent the next five months touring eastern Canada with Mashmakhan.

Not Live from Bedford-Stuyverson, the livest one but live from la canne de binnes. The so called first album is credited as a collaboration with Howie Tee which is also the case for the more interesting And the Winner Is... from 89.
