On April 1, 1989, the Vancouver radio station CITR began broadcasting on the FM band. Host Nardwuar the Human Serviette has been hosting his Friday afternoon show there for the past 30 years. The hip-hop Elements magazine was published in 1995 and 1996. Le 1er avril 1989, la station de radio de Vancouver CITR commençait à diffuser sur la bande FM.
