Leur plus gros succès Le 7e jour repose sur un échantillonnage usé de Bobbi Humphrey et sa chanson Black and Blues. Entre 1992 et 1997, ce même échantillonnage a été pris par Eric B. & Rakim, Justin Warfield,Mobb Deep, Da Phlayva, Fat Joe, Digable Planets, Easy Business et Naked Artz. L’accent français que se donnait La Constellation pour avoir du succès à l’international n’a pas porté fruit. On October 27, 1998, the duo La Constellation released their only album titled Duality.
