On May 13, 2003, Disiz released Transe-Lucide. In May 2015, on the occasion of the birth of Malcolm X 90 years earlier, he organized a concert called Who Is Malcolm X bringing together several rap artists such as Youssoupha, Medina, Kery James, Lino and Mac Tyer21. On March 3, 2014, Disiz released Transe-Lucide, his 9th album. It is the last part of a trilogy started with the 12'' Lucide and continued with the album Extra-lucide, both released in 2012. Le 3 mars 2014, Disiz sortait Transe-Lucide, son 9e album. C'est le dernier volet d'une trilogie débutée avec le 12’’ Lucide et continuée avec l'album Extra-lucide, tous deux sortis en 2012.
