On September 15, 2008, Large Professor released Main Source, his 3rd solo album. Despite the quote "Fuck them two DJ's", directed at Sir Scratch and K-Cut, on Keep It Rollin’ by the group A Tribe Called Quest, we can find Mikey D who had replaced Large Professor in the group Main Source. On June 26, 2012, Large Professor came out with Professor @ Large, his 4th album. Busta Rhymes is featured on the song Straight From The Golden. Le 26 juin 2012, Large Professor sortait Professor @ Large, son 4e album. Busta Rhymes est invité sur la chanson Straight From The Golden.

On May 17, 2011, the duo Neek The Exotic and Large Professor released Still On The Hustle, their 2nd collaborative album. The year before, they had released Exotic Species. Large Professor became in 1993 one of the first producers, after Mark The 45 King, to work with Gang Starr. He brilliantly remixed the song Gotta Get Over. Large Professor est devenu en 1993 un des premiers réalisateurs, après Mark The 45 King à leurs débuts, à travailler avec Gang Starr. Il a remixé avec brio la chanson Gotta Get Over.

In addition to making the original version, Large Professor also remixed it.
