On November 14, 2005, Mark Ross, known as "Brother Marquis" from the rap group 2 Live Crew, sued Ice-T, claiming he helped write the original version of "99 Problems," which has become a hit for Jay-Z. On August 20, 1992, embroiled in controversy over his song "Cop Killer," Ice-T doubled down by appearing in a police uniform on the cover of Rolling Stone. The 1977 song Psycho Killer by the band Talking Heads partly influenced Cop Killer by Body Count. (What Does It Mean?) by Schoolly D. Musically the song is produced by The Unknown DJ, an associate of Compton’s Most Wanted. On June 4, 1996, Ice-T came out with Ice-T VI: Return of the Real. The title is a pun based on the movie Star Wars VI: Return of the Jedi, the "VI" referring to its sixth album. On May 14, 1991, Ice-T came out with O.G. Original Gangster. This is the first album in the history of music that has a music video for each song. In an interview, he said if there was one album that he would like people to remember him for, it would be this one. Le 14 mai 1991, Ice-T sortait O.G. Original Gangster.
