On May 23, 2013, it was reported that rapper Tim Dog could have faked his death in order not to return money after being convicted of fraud. However, on September 15, 2014, it was finally confirmed by NBC News that Tim Dog did indeed pass on February 14, 2013, as was initially reported, but then disputed. A death certificate was filed in DeKalb County, Georgia, ending speculation he was still alive and trying to avoid his court-mandated debts.
