1 - Nice & Wild
Diamond Girl is from their first album called Energy, Love And Unity that was released with Atlantic in 1987. John Minnis was also part of Deco At Heart, he also collaborated with Stage IV, World Of Glamour, Larry Lopez.

2 - Orange Peel
The German band from Hanau, existed from 1968 to 1971 and released one eponymous album with Bellaphon and one non LP 45 I Got No Time / Searching For A Place To Hide with Admiral Records. The drummer Curt Cress from Passport was their key member.

Good Girl (Can You Be?) / Is It True ia her only release in 1969 with Mir-A-Don Records from Washington, D.C. The label was owned by Donald Waldonwho is also one of the producers. Northern Soul Time - 60 Tracks Of Vintage Northern Soul and Northern Soul Kittens - Vol. 2 are compilations that welcomed the single.

The singer was shocked by her removal.

Bobby Colomby and Steve Katz looked for a new vocalist and considered Alex Chilton, Stephen Stills, and Laura Nyro, before deciding on David Clayton-Thomas, from Toronto, Canada to replace Al Kooper who left in 1968. He previously made his mark with his band, The Bossmen, one of the first rock bands anywhere to include jazz musicians.
Bobby Colomby et Steve Katz cherchaient un nouveau chanteur et ont envisagé Alex Chilton, Stephen Stills et Laura Nyro, avant de choisir David Clayton-Thomas, de Toronto, au Canada, pour remplacer Al Kooper qui avait quitté le groupe en 1968.
