Dr Rock recording debut came in 1987 as a founding member alongside Fresh K and The D.O.C. (Doc-T) with a spot on the N.W.A. and the Posse compilation album, largely down to Dr Dre's influence. The following year in '88 they released the LP Tuffest Man Alive on Get Live Records. The group disbanded after the release with the D.O.C. moving on to work with Easy-E and the gangsta rap group N.W.A.
