« Happy Birthday Jesus » est un 45 tours en presse privée de 1971 pour le chanteur et compositeur de Philadelphie. Atteint d'un cancer du foie, il tomba malade au sommet de sa carrière et les médecins lui annoncèrent qu'il ne lui restait que quelques jours à vivre. Il crut avoir reçu un message divin (à la manière d'Ellen G. White, mais sans tomber sur une roche) lui assurant que s'il se mettait à son service, Dieu le guérirait. Il survécut, changea de nom de scène et commença à composer des chants gospel sous un autre nom, un véritable OG (Oh God, dans ce cas précis). Il fut également membre de Garnet Mimms And The Enchanters et de The Gainors, et gérant de Lorraine Ellison. Il écrivit pour Jerry Butler, Howard Tate, Dee Dee Warwick, Patti LaBelle & The Bluebelles ainsi qu'African Music Machine.
Happy Birthday Jesus is a private press release in 1971 for the Philadelphia singer and songwriter. He took ill at the peak of his career and was told by doctors that he had only a few days to live because of liver cancer. He think he received a message from God (à la Ellen G White on rocks) that if he would serve him God would heal him. He survived, changed his performing name, and began composing gospel songs as an OG (Oh God, in this case). He was also a member of Garnet Mimms And The Enchanters, The Gainors and the manager of Lorraine Ellison. He wrote for Jerry Butler, Howard Tate, Dee Dee Warwick, Patti LaBelle & The Bluebelles, African Music Machine.
2 - Ted Nugent - Good Friends and a Bottle of Wine (1978)

L'album « Off The Fence » est sorti le 16 janvier avec Easy Eye Sound. Le chanteur et guitariste est né dans une famille ouvrière de Colchester, dans l'Essex.
