Vanilla Ice

Le 15 septembre 2013, les Texans de Houston subissent la malédiction de Vanilla Ice. Après une saison 2012 avec une fiche de 12 victoires et seulement 4 défaites, ils étaient aspirants au Super Bowl. Malgré la performance musicale d’un amateurisme profond, les Texans ont gagné ce match mais ils ont perdu les 14 matchs suivants…


On September 15, 2013, the Houston Texans suffered the curse of Vanilla Ice. After a 2012 season with a record of 12 wins and only 4 losses, they were Super Bowl contenders. Despite the musical performance of deep amateurism, the Texans won this match but they lost the next 14 games …

Soft Machine

On August 26, 2023, Big Daddy Kane headlined a Hip Hop 50 event at the O2 Forum Kentish Town in London. During the show, Kamanchi Sly from British group Hijack came on stage wearing a mask and simply stood in front of the cheering audience. Kane tolerated the interruption for a few minutes but ended up stopping the music to confront the agitator. Hijack was scheduled to perform after Big Daddy Kane. This was considered disrespectful by Hijack, which is why Sly invaded the stage. Ice-T signed  Hijack to his own Rhyme Syndicate label, they recorded and released the single "The Badman is Robbin'" (Rhyme Syndicate, 1989). The track reached number 56 on the UK Singles Chart. Hijack's debut album, The Horns of Jericho (Rhyme Syndicate, 1991), was recorded around the same time.
