On March 3, 2023, it was the reissue of the album No Food Without Taste If By Hunger by The Good Samaritans with Analog Africa in the Analog Africa Limited Dance Edition series. The original is from 1982 with the now defunct Nigerian label CBO. This highlife music known as Edo Funk originated in Benin City, Nigeria. "The Good Samaritans" is the philosopher Okundaye's own Edo-Funk project, under which he has made four albums, all recorded at the Phonodisk Studio in Ijebu-Igbo east of Lagos with a 24 track. Okundaye, who played many instruments, hired the right musicians for each project and mixed it all himself, is known as the composer of many of Benin City's famous hits of the 80s.
