Quitte à tout perdre est une funky track du membre de la formation Les Chaussettes Noires. Elle provient de son neuvième album intitulé 7 Colts Pour Schmoll en 1968 et celle-ci est une reprise de Get It Together par James Brown and The Famous Flames de l'année précédente.
