1 - Dave Hamilton - Ain’t It A Groove
Guitariste et vibraphoniste, il fut membre fondateur du groupe maison de Motown, The Funk Brothers. Il était propriétaire des étiquettes New Day (Billy Garner – I Got Some), TCB (The Barrino Brothers – Just A Mistake) et Demo Ristic (The Ravins – Your Love Is What I Want).

2 - Eddie Bo - Hook & Sling
Au début des années 1970, le pianiste et chanteur originaire de La Nouvelle-Orléans travaille sporadiquement dans l'industrie musicale après avoir créé sa propre entreprise de rénovation. Il compose de nombreuses chansons pour Ric Records sous le nom de sa femme, Dolores Johnson. « Roger & The Gypsies (Pass The Hatchet) » est le tout premier disque sorti avec l'étiquette Seven B ; il s'agissait d'une collaboration entre le groupe Earl Stanley & The Stereos et Edwin Joseph Bocage.
In the early 1970s, the pianist / singer, from New Orleans, works in the music industry only sporadically, after setting up his own renovation business. He write many songs for Ric Records under his wife Dolores Johnson's name. Industry & Seduction est la première compilation « Best Of » approuvée par le groupe, Tom Bailey et Alannah Currie ayant sélectionné les titres et Joe Leeway ayant conçu la pochette. En 1993, ils changent de nom pour Babble, afin de refléter leur évolution musicale, passant de la pop à un chill-out influencé par le dub. Ils conservent cette appellation jusqu'en 1996, date à laquelle le groupe se sépare définitivement. Leur nom d'origine est un clin d'œil à Tintin, les détectives étant Thomson et Thompson (Dupont et Dupond).
