1 - Barış Manço - Küçük Bir Gece Müziği (1970)
C'était un musicien, chanteur, compositeur, acteur, producteur télévisuel et animateur de télévision turc. Il tourne avec son groupe Les Mistigris (sans lien avec Mistigris) en Allemagne, Belgique, France et Turquie jusqu'en 1967. En 1972, il forme Kurtalan Ekspres qui l'accompagnera jusqu'à sa mort.
He was a Turkish musician, singer, composer, actor, television producer and show host. He toured with his band Les Mistigris (not related to Mistigris) in Germany, Belgium, France and Turkey until 1967. In 1972, he formed Kurtalan Ekspres that would accompany him until his death.
2 - Calhoon - Rain 2000
Trois ans après l'originale du groupe Titanic, ils reprennent celle-ci pour leur premier simple. La formation du sud des États-Unis offrait un mélange de rock, funk et disco avec le chanteur Billy Stewart en tête. En 2019, il travaillait pour Daddy Kool Records à Tampa Bay.

4 - Earle Hagen - The Dick Van Dyke Show Theme
Bert de Marry Poppins (la version de 1964), Caractacus Potts de Chitty Chitty Bang Bang et son émission éponyme a été en ondes à CBS de 1961 à 1966. Il aura 100 ans en décembre 2025. La musique a été reprise au Québec par RBO pour le sketch Ce Cher Guy (une parodie de Vivre à Trois / Three's Company).

C'était un groupe de soul et de funk de la Nouvelle-Orléans dans les années soixante-dix. Au secondaire, leur formation composée d'amis et de camarades de classe de Hollygrove est devenu connu sous le nom de Fabulous Fantoms. Ils eurent un succès local, le meneur William Norflin signa un contrat avec Big Deal Records pour un simple « Mau Mau » / « Get a Little Bit » comme premiere parution. Leur album inédit intitulé Once In A Lifetime n'est sorti qu'en 2006.
They were a New Orleans soul and funk bands in the seventies. During high school their band consisting of Hollygrove friends and classmates became known as the Fabulous Fantoms. They were a local hit, the leader William Norflin signed a contract with Big Deal Records for one single "Mau Mau” / “Get a Little Bit” as their first release. Their unreleased LP titled Once In A Lifetime was only issued in 2006.

Son seul album So Far Way est paru en 1964 avec Sue Records, la parution mentionnée plus haut date de 1973 avec Call Me Records de Los Angeles. Entre 1962 et 1973, il a fait paraître huit 45 tours avec principalement les deux étiquettes que nous venons d'aborder. Il a également pris part au groupe The TKO's qui a sorti quatre 7'' en 1966 avec l'étiquette Ten Star.

10 - Kandahar - The Walkin’ Piles (1975)
Formation de rock progressif / jazz fusion fondée à Gand, en Belgique, en 1972. Ils ont enregistré deux albums avec leur propre Dwarf. Le groupe et l'étiquette n'ont pas pu répondre aux attentes commerciales, après quoi le leader Karel Bogard a quitté le groupe. Sous la direction du guitariste Jeff De Visscher, ils sortent un autre disque en 1979.

Both band and label couldn't live up to the commercial expectations after which frontman Karel Bogard left the group.
