Reprise de Lee Dorsey par ce groupe garage rock / psychédélique hollandais. Le batteur Beer Klaasse a aussi pris part à Finch, Group 1850, Kjoe, Livin' Blues, Musicians Union Band, The Boots et The Kick. Le guitariste Frank Nuyens était dans Circus, Cuby + Blizzards, Freelance Band ainsi que Red White 'N Blue. Richard Schulte Nordholt a été dans les groupes Cry The Tearring, De Raggende Manne, Festivalband, Koor Zonder Naam, Spectral Display, The Meteors, Time Bandits et Transister.

Mexicain-Canadien qui a sorti son premier album Watermelon Man avec Arc Records situé à Willowdale (un quartier de Toronto, d'où vient Geddy Lee, David Clayton-Thomas et Dream Warriors) en 1967. Le chanteur, guitariste et arrangeur offre avec son groupe une version de la chanson de Jim Webb qui avait été enregistrée en premier par Johnny Rivers.

Reprise de Superstition de Stevie Wonder par ce chanteur finlandais qui s'appelle en fait Aaro Laukkonen. Il a un seul album qui a pour titre Miten Ois? avec l'étiquette Scandia qui était basée à Helsinki et elle avait été fondée par Paavo Einiö.

5 - The Afrosound - La Mula (1976)
Il s'agissait d'un groupe de Cumbia (rythmes musicaux et traditions de danses folkloriques d'Amérique latine), de l'écurie Discos Fuentes. Il s’agissait de la réaction de la Colombie au mouvement Chicha du début des années 1970 qui se déroulait à l’époque au Pérou et en Bolivie.
They were a Cumbia (musical rhythms and folk dance traditions of Latin America), band from the Discos Fuentes stable. They were Colombia’s reaction to the early 1970's Chicha movement that was happening in Peru and Bolivia at the time.

Le duo a créé son premier démo en utilisant les 600 $ qu'Attrell Cordes avait gagnés alors qu'il travaillait dans un refuge pour sans-abri en tant qu'agent de sécurité de nuit. En tant que All Those Mutha Fuckin' Reasons, il a réalisé de savoureux ill beats pour Mood Swingaz, Skard Fa Lyph, MC Paul Barman et Lord Sear. Alors que l'important en 1992 était la crédibilité dans le hip-hop, Prince Be a pris de front le KRS-One (bien avant que celui-ci ne défende un ''présumé'' pédophile en 2016). He was recently interviewed on Toure's podcast. The problems with Drake were not mentioned, we may have to wait a long time for Aubrey Graham's Pulitzer. K Dot shouldn't stoop to the level of T Dot because it would be like Eminem continuing to respond to Benzino, it's not the same skills.

The Whole Gritty City de 2013 est un documentaire mettant en vedette Derrick Tabb alors qu'il prépare le Roots of Music Crusader Band pour une représentation lors des défilés du Mardi Gras dans la Nouvelle-Orléans post-Katrina.

Leur son est mystique, cosmopolite, mêlant afrobeat, soul cinématographique, spiritual/ethio jazz avec des sons spatiaux, des breaks hip-hop et une ambiance garage funk. Leur premier 45 single énigmatique « The Mystic Parade » n/b « Grand Theft » s'est vendu immédiatement après sa sortie et a souvent été confondu avec des échantillons de hip-hop « perdus », du funk habibi des années 70 ou un autre projet déguisé des cercles restreints de les familles Mocambo, Big Crown ou Daptone (ce qui n'est pas le cas puisqu'il date de 2019).
The group members are hidden behind masks / costumes to keep their identities secret / to put the focus entirely on the music and oneness. Their sound is mystical, cosmopolitan, combining afrobeat, cinematic soul, spiritual / ethio jazz with space sounds, hip-hop breaks and a garage funk vibe. Their cryptic first 45 single “The Mystic Parade” b/w “Grand Theft” sold out immediately after release and has often been mistaken for either “lost” hip-hop samples, 70s habibi funk or another project in disguise from the inner circles of the Mocambo, Big Crown or Daptone families (which it is not since it's from 2019).

Une des histoires (dans les comic books des années 80) que j'avais lu est l'ancien Commant Cobra / Old Snake qui aidait des terroristes à changer des Autobots en humains.

Steven Spielberg will be executive producer. One of the stories (in comic books of the 80's) that I had read was the former Commander Cobra / Old Snake helping terrorists turn Autobots into humans.
