DJ Honda - h II

On November 12, 1997, it was the release in Japan of the 2nd DJ Honda whose title is h II. The album features several distinguished guests including De La Soul, Camp Lo, KRS-One, Al Tariq, Fat Lip, Rawcotiks and The Beatnuts. The American version released in March 1998 has Keith Murray, Ol Dirty Bastard and Mos Def as guests who are not on the 1997 version.

Le 12 novembre 1997, c’était la sortie au Japon du 2e DJ Honda qui a pour titre h II. L’album comprend plusieurs invités de marque dont De La Soul, Camp Lo, KRS-One, Al Tariq, Fat Lip, Rawcotiks et The Beatnuts. La version américaine parue en mars 1998 a comme invités Keith Murray, Ol Dirty Bastard et Mos Def qui ne sont pas sur la version de 1997.

Soft Machine

On August 26, 2023, Big Daddy Kane headlined a Hip Hop 50 event at the O2 Forum Kentish Town in London. During the show, Kamanchi Sly from British group Hijack came on stage wearing a mask and simply stood in front of the cheering audience. Kane tolerated the interruption for a few minutes but ended up stopping the music to confront the agitator. Hijack was scheduled to perform after Big Daddy Kane. This was considered disrespectful by Hijack, which is why Sly invaded the stage. Ice-T signed  Hijack to his own Rhyme Syndicate label, they recorded and released the single "The Badman is Robbin'" (Rhyme Syndicate, 1989). The track reached number 56 on the UK Singles Chart. Hijack's debut album, The Horns of Jericho (Rhyme Syndicate, 1991), was recorded around the same time.
