On December 22, 2011, the group Dealema released A Grande Tribulação. They were born from the merger of Factor X (Mundo and DJ Guze) and Fullashit (Fuse and Expeão), two local groups, with 5th element Maze. His 1976 track Jam on the Groove, from his album Sound of a Drum, was sampled by Jungle Brothers, Run-DMC, King Sun, Nikki D, Deee-Lite, Leaders of the New School, Del The Funky Homosapien, Chi-Ali, DJ Spinna, The Roots and Joell Ortiz.
