On November 18, 2003, the group Swollen Members released Heavy, their 4th album. The song Ambush with Son Doobie ends at 3min20s. After 55 seconds of silence, at 4:15 a.m. a hidden phone call called Pizza Place Prank Call Interlude begins. This sketch ends at 7:08, then begins a second hidden track: it is the song Sensational Breed with Son Doobie again. Le 18 novembre 2003, le groupe Swollen Members sortait Heavy, leur 4e album. La chanson Ambush avec Son Doobie se termine à 3min20s. Après 55 secondes de silence, à 4min15s commence un appel téléphonique caché intitulé Pizza Place Prank Call Interlude. KMD - Best of

On November 18, 2003, it was the release of KMD's Best of. In August 2017, MF Doom premiered KMD's first new track in ten years, True Lightyears, on NPR Music. It was the first single from KMD's yet-to-be-released comeback album Crack In Time which featured an appearance by Jay Electronica alongside MF Doom. The track was also released as part of MF Doom's 2017 compilation album, The Missing Notebook Rhymes. Le 18 novembre 2003, c’était la sortie du Best of de KMD. En août 2017, MF Doom a créé le premier nouveau morceau de KMD en dix ans, True Lightyears, sur NPR Music. C'était le premier simple de l'album de retour encore inédit de KMD intitulé Crack In Time comprenait une apparition de Jay Electronica aux côtés de MF Doom. Le morceau est également sorti dans le cadre de l'album de compilation 2017 de MF Doom, The Missing Notebook Rhymes.

Immortal Technique - Revolutionary Vol. 2

On November 18, 2003, Immortal Technique released Revolutionary Vol. 2, his 2nd album. On the song Harlem Streets, the scratches are by Roc Raida. Esham - Repentance

On November 18, 2003, Esham released Repentance, his 9th album. Because much of Esham's best-known material contained sayings of a Satanic nature, he had long been accused of Satanism and had long attempted to get rid of such perceptions. Repentance was produced as an attempt to “set the record straight” and leave his former “Unholy” stage character behind. Le 18 novembre 2003, Esham sortait Repentance, son 9e album. Parce qu'une grande partie du matériel le plus connu de Esham contenait des paroles de nature satanique, il avait longtemps été accusé de satanisme et avait longtemps tenté de se débarrasser de telles perceptions. Repentance a été produit comme une tentative de « remettre les pendules à l'heure » et de laisser son ancien personnage de scène «Impie» derrière lui.

G-Unit - Beg For Mercy

On November 14, 2003, the group G-Unit released Beg For Mercy, their debut album. For this effort the members are 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks and Young Buck. Tony Yayo was in prison so he was unable to fully participate in this opus. Le 14 novembre 2003, le groupe G-Unit sortait Beg For Mercy, leur premier album. Pour cet opus, les membres sont 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks et Young Buck. Tony Yayo était en prison alors il n’a pas pu participer pleinement à cet effort.

Jay-Z - The Black Album

Stu Dent - Nephilim: Act of God 1

Bad Azz - Executive Decision

On November 4, 2003, Bad Azz came out with Executive Decision (Business. Nothing Personal). The song Bumpin' & Poundin' is performed by Rhythm D who made Ditty for Paperboy. J-Live - Always Will Be

Lost & Found: Hip Hop Underground Soul Classics

On November 4, 2003, BBE Records released the Lost & Found: Hip Hop Underground Soul Classics compilation under the name Pete Rock. These are the Center of Attention albums by InI and The Original Baby Pah by Deda. Two unreleased albums from 1995, both released without Pete Rock's approval. Le 4 novembre 2003, BBE Records sortait sous le nom de Pete Rock la compilation Lost & Found: Hip Hop Underground Soul Classics. Il s’agit des albums Center of Attention de InI et The Original Baby Pah par Deda. Deux albums inédits de 1995, le tout sorti sans l’accord de Pete Rock.
